Manufactured with precision and tested for performance, our steel pipes and hollow sections are trusted across infrastructure, industrial, commercial and engineering applications.
From premium HR coils to precision-tested ERW pipes and tubes.
ERW pipes and tubes are produced from premium HR coils, sourced from reputable steel producers.
The manufacturing process begins with the coils being longitudinally slit and the edges meticulously prepared. These strips are then gradually shaped into circular, rectangular, or square forms through a sequence of forming rolls.
The welding process is a critical stage, carried out using a high-frequency induction welding machine. This method ensures a seamless bond by fusing the edges without the need for any filler material. Once the welding is complete, the pipes are allowed to cool before being precision-cut to achieve the specified internal and external diameters.
After cutting, the pipes and tubes are moved to the finishing bay, where they undergo a series of processes, including thorough testing and inspection. Hydrostatic testing is an essential step, used to identify any potential leaks or fissures before further finishing. Depending on the client’s requirements, the pipes may then be galvanized, threaded, black varnished, painted, or powder coated.
ERW pipes and tubes are highly versatile and are extensively used across various sectors such as agriculture, industry, and construction. They play a crucial role in applications like scaffolding, bore well casing, and structural support. The rectangular and square hollow sections, in particular, are designed to withstand challenging environments.
To ensure they meet the rigorous demands of their applications, these pipes are manufactured in accordance with both national and international standards.
